Five hours later, during dinner, I get a call back from Ferdinand.At this point, I have to go to the grocery store.There’s no way in hell I’m letting someone remote into my computer, especially because the documented procedure for resetting the printer region doesn’t mention anything of the sort. At the one-hour mark, Ferdinand from technical support suggests having a different team remote into my PC to run a local script to fix the printer. ![]() Somewhere around here (my notes aren’t specific) someone asks for my street address. ![]()
